I watched the show and I am very motivated. I cannot find your personal weight loss tips on the website. Can you send them to me. I am motivated to exercise, but am having trouble with the healthly eating. What do you suggest?

Hi Jackie, a bunch of us watched you on Tyra last night. Girl, you are beautiful inside and out. I used to watch you on the Style Network. You were so cute and full of energy. As a big girl I always liked the way you dressed and seemed like so much fun. I’ve missed watching you but now I see what you’ve been up to. I cannot believe how gorgeous you are! I’m surprised Tyra didn’t ask you to compete on ANTM! Well guess what Miss J? I had gastric bypass surgery 2 years ago too and now I am cute and full of energy like you. I wish I looked as good as you do. Have you had any surgery to remove excess skin? I am starting to think about that. Well sorry for carryin’ on and on but I was so damn excited to see you looking so gorgeous and representing the WLS community with such class. You are my hero and I want to be just like you. I’m gonna wrtie a letter to Tyra to beg her to have you on more often so people will stop being so stupid about WLS and life after massive weight loss. Thank you Jackie! You were my hero back in our chubby days and now you are my healthy hero. You need to get back on the Style Network again and teach them a thing or two. What’s up with those stick-thin figures (Debbie, Kat, Guilliana, etc.,). They need a woman with some va-va-voom up in there and you got it!
